Glenbuchat Heritage

My grandfather James Robson was a Crofter and in the 1915 Valuation he is listed at No. 117 Newseat and an Alexander Cruickshank is listed at 129 Tillymorgan House and Mains, are the areas in close proximity? We are trying to locate exactly where my grandfather would have lived (Newseat is no longer shown on maps) and wonder if the Croft and house is still standing?

In the 1873 map Newseat is just north of Mains of Tillymorgan which is just North of Cusalmond Aberdeenshire.
