Post card from Anne Shand to her mother, when her mother was in hospital in Aberdeen 40 miles away. From the stamp it is probably late 1940’s.

The card has a picture of the cottage Altnacraig where it is thought Lizzie Shand (Alex’s sister) may have lived.
