1. A map of Balnagowan about the 1900’s in the clachan of Belnacraig also showing the field layout aroud it.

2. A picture of the Cottage today. In Anne’s day it did not have the porch or the shed on the left.

3. The steading today, very much as it was when Alexander Shand worked in it.

4. A view of the cottage (circled in red), and the fields around it, which were farmed by Mr Shand
